I’m so excited for shorts season to finally begin. The weather here has been taunting us. Mother Nature gives us a couple of gorgeous days, and then takes it back and gives us cold and the rain. But ever the optimist, I’m hoping that in a few weeks the warm weather will be here to stay. When I think of Summer, I think of shorts. I think of getting my pasty white legs tanned. I love that shorts come in all shapes, sizes and lengths. Gotta say that I’m kind of liking the short shorts, not the Daisy Duke kind, but the ones that still flatter those of us that are over 30 and are mothers. Below are 5 different ways I styled shorts.

I love your multiple-ways posts. This is no exception. I pinned every look. My faves are with the pink sweater, cobalt blazer and especially with the printed blouse. I went on a huge Shorts Shopping spree at Gap & Old Navy last year. I purchased several, including printed ones. I agree that the short shorts even work for moms over 30, like you and I. =)

I used to not really like shorts, but ever since they’ve been coming out with the longer, more flattering styles in the different colors and prints, I’ve been loving them! I can’t wait until it’s warm enough to wear them again!
