Khakis 5 Ways

Before I get to my post, I just wanted to give a shout out to Alison from the Gap in Coquitlam Center. She recognized me in the mall a few weeks back. It felt a bit weird to be recognized. Do you guys feel weird? I’m always puzzled, afraid that they may not be a fan, but I have to remember not everyone will be.

I’ve never been a bit fan of khakis!! I think I still remember when the style was having front pleats on them and I can’t seem to get that image out of my mind, until these “feels-like-I’m-wearing-pyjamas” khakis. They are soft, fit well and like I said feel like I’m wearing pj’s!!!!! Khakis are the perfect transition piece to have in your wardrobe to take you into Spring. They are so versatile and come in a bunch of fabulous colours. One of my favourite ways to wear them is a t-shirt, cardigan and flats. You can also wear them with heels and blazer to dress it up or with a simple tee and runners for a casual mom-on-the-go look. Below are 5 great ways to wear these amazingly comfortable Khakis.

I got rid of my khakis last summer after feeling like the fit was no longer flattering on me. I think these ankle ones look great on you!

I really love your remix series because you always do an excellent job and I can totally relate to your casual-chic, put-together, Mom Style. I need some Casual, every day Khakis speaking of lol. My favorite outfit is the first one because it features Cobalt, B+W, Polka Dots & Stripes… enough said. Plus those loafers are gorgeous for Spring. If I had to chose a second one it would be with the striped t-shirt and over-the-shoulder bag. I seriously pinned all of them. LOL

THANKS FOR LEAVING THE SWEETEST COMMENTS LATELY. So many awesome blogs to read, so little time. I am just catching up. =) Looking forward to the link up tomorrow.

I have several pairs of the Broken-In Khakis, they’re great! Lots of fun colors, look cute rolled up or down. Old Navy has a similar style with even more color options. Love all the ways you’ve styled yours!
