How was your Easter weekend? The Easter bunny spoiled us all with chocolates and I got a tripod!!! I’m hoping now I will be able to take better pictures. I hope you all had as much sunshine, chocolate and fun as I did!!! :)

It’s 8 am and my son is still sleeping!!!!! Let’s just say that the Easter Bunny and 4 Easter Egg Hunts tired this little monkey right out. He didn’t get to bed until 9:30 last night. He was so tired that in the car ride back from our godson’s, he asked if it was ok if he had a little nap. Oh my son, he sure knows how to giver’!!!

We had a fabulous Easter weekend. The weather was perfect!!!! On Good Friday we had brunch at a friend’s place, before heading to Aiden’s second Easter egg hunt. The hunt was insane. There were 3 times the kids than the previous year and they all waited patiently while the politician’s gave their speeches. Next year, please skip the speeches (as no one cares) and go directly to the Easter Egg Hunt!!!! Below are pictures of the fun.

After the hunt we came home and decorated Easter eggs. I took the lazy way out and used Easter stickers. The boys, on the other hand, surprised me with some fabulous creations. Take a look:

Here are some pictures of the Easter cupcakes I made. I had a little helper. All I can say is Aiden never stole a single chocolate egg. He asked for permission before he took one, but then he had 8. Not the best idea, but Easter only happens once a year!!! :)

After Aiden’s nap on Friday, we feasted on ham, potato salad and deviled eggs.

I worked on Saturday and then on Sunday we had our third Easter Egg Hunt, had a little down time (see the last 2 pictures below) and then headed to our godson’s for Aiden’s last hunt and Easter dinner. By the time we left, he couldn’t keep his eyes open. Below are pictures of the Easter Egg Hunt at home.

I was hoping to get a nice family picture of the 3 of us all dressed up, but alas it wasn’t mean’t to be. Today we are taking it easy with a trip to the park to enjoy the last nice day, before cold and rainy weather set in.
